A Creative, Experiential Exploration of the IFS Model & Yourself

If you’ve been longing for deeper understanding, steadier grounding, and a gentler way to relate to yourself, this book study is an invitation to explore your inner landscape with curiosity and compassion.

Over four weeks, we’ll move through the major sections of The Internal Family Systems Workbook, blending light teaching with guided meditation, creative exercises, and reflective practices that help you connect with your “inner family” of parts.

This is not a left-brain class, it’s a space to invite your Self energy the calm, clear, compassionate core within you while gaining insight into the protective patterns that shape your life.

This group is psychoeducational and experiential, it is not therapy, and is open to anyone curious about the IFS approach.

What You’ll Be Invited to Experience:

Each week includes:

✨ A grounding meditation

✨ Teaching on a core IFS concept

✨ A creative exercise

✨ Space for reflection + optional Q&A

✨ A closing practice to help you integrate the work into your daily life

You’ll learn to approach your inner world with more softness, less fear, and a growing sense of Self-leadership.

 

Dates: Four weekly sessions beginning Sunday March 29, April 12, 19, & 26.

Time: 10:30am to noon EST

Fee: Early Registration by 3/20 $237, Regular Fee $247

Location: Live on Zoom; if you miss a session, recording will be available for 1 month after class ends.
