A place for therapists to connect with themselves.
Tend to your own healing & growth
Deepen your personal and professional awareness
Restore your emotional energy
You’re supporting others, who’s supporting you?
There are times you need your own person too.
As a therapist you hold space for others to process and do their inner work. Alongside being a therapist, you have a life with responsibilities and relationships.
As a helper, it’s easy to remain in the role of always being available for others. Gradually your boundaries begin to slip and there’s no time for you leaving you depleted and disconnected from yourself. Eventually you may find yourself feeling depleted.
In working with therapists, I’ve often heard them say in session “I should know the answers for myself”.
Therapy can be a place where you step out of the role of helper and reconnect with your own inner experience.
Let me help you take your therapist hat off and focus on your own healing.
As a therapist I know how important it is for us to continue engaging in our own healing work. Your own therapy helps expand your awareness not only for yourself, but with those you’re in relationship with and your clients.
During my time as a therapist I’ve continually engaged in my own healing work. My own therapy has helped me through life changes and has given me the confidence and courage to keep on growing.
Connect to yourself.

“Susan creates a safe place and therapeutic experiences to come forward. "Where did that come from?" one might say. Susan is a friend of one's inner experience, and she helps one discover, integrate and embrace their expanded self."
